welcome to the forum Pirate Passion.
You have now made me feel quite old!
I certainly wouldnt let you age get in the way of anything. For me I will quite happily put anything on the website that is forwarded. I dont care if it is a few words of a book review, a five thousand word thesis on the place of old boys teams in pre war society or five hundred words reminisence about a team that you played for when you were ten. This is a members society and anything that a member writes about the History of Rugby Union is worthy of inclusion.
I sometimes feel (and I am as guilty of this as anyone) that people tend to focus on the big teams and the big matches. Ours is a sport with a rich and diverse History at all levels and there is room for all of it on the website, even if it is "only" a short history of your local club who have never won any big trophies or produced any internationals.
The moral of the story: Send in articles!
(But please dont forget to join the society first! )
